| Getting the drawing on the canvas The trick to getting the drawing off of the paper and onto the canvas is tricky, but not difficult if proper care is used. The risk is that if this is done improperly that a drawing that could take up to 3 days could be lost. I coat the back of the drawing with a blue chalk pastel. My experience tells me that his color will show the best on my tinted canvas and will cover easily when I apply the layers of paint over it. |  |
